Rental Pricing & Packages

The Studio Events in Kasson, MN offers a bright, welcoming space for weddings, celebrations, and gatherings of all kinds. Our pricing is structured around guest count, event length, and day of the week — making it easy to choose the option that fits your vision.

Social: This standing-room-only or come & go style layouts with cocktail tables and either perimeter chairs or some seated guests will accommodate up to 150 guests.

Seated: This seated layout only style will accommodate up to 70 guests.

Clients may bring in their own food or hire a licensed caterer for any event type.
Alcohol is permitted in accordance with venue guidelines.

Our building is fully accessible and ADA-compliant including an elevator for second-floor access.

 

Weddings

Weddings require additional coordination, preparation, and support. Our wedding packages are structured to provide flexibility while remaining competitively priced compared to larger Rochester venues.

Couples are welcome to bring in their own licensed caterers, bartenders, and vendors in accordance with venue guidelines.

Micro Wedding

Up to 40 guests
4 Hours | Weekdays & Sunday Only: $700

Designed for intimate celebrations that include both ceremony and reception within a shorter timeline.

Includes:

  • Indoor ceremony setup
  • Reception-style use of the space
  • Tables, chairs, and linens
  • Time for photos, toasts, and mingling
  • Onsite staff support for up to 2 hours during your event

Couples may provide their own food or hire a licensed caterer.
Alcohol permitted per contract.

Micro weddings are not available Fridays or Saturdays.

Full Wedding Rental

Ceremony & Reception | Up to 70 guests

Friday & Saturday: $1,400–$1,500
Sunday: $1,200–$1,300

Our Full Wedding package is designed for couples hosting a traditional ceremony and reception with a full-day timeline and larger guest list.

Includes:

  • Exclusive use of The Studio for the full rental period
  • Indoor ceremony and reception setup
  • Tables, chairs, and linens
  • Access to the bridal suite
  • Flexible layout options for dining and dancing
  • Ample time for vendor setup and teardown
  • Onsite staff support for up to 4 hours during your event

Outside catering, self-provided food, and licensed bartenders are welcome in accordance with venue guidelines

Hourly Rental

Up to 30 guests
Available Monday–Thursday & Sunday

Perfect for meetings, workshops, pop-ups, and small celebrations.

  • $100 per hour (2-hour minimum)
  • $40 cleaning fee

Includes:

  • Tables and chairs
  • Use of the event space within reserved time

Linens are available for an additional fee.
Outside food and licensed catering are welcome.

Hourly rentals are not available Fridays or Saturdays.

Half-Day Event Rental

31–50 guests
4 Hours

Ideal for bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, and open-house style gatherings.

Weekdays & Sunday – $375
Friday & Saturday – $450
$50 cleaning fee

Includes:

  • Tables and chairs
  • Full use of the event space
  • Setup and teardown within reserved time

Linens available for an additional charge.
Clients may bring their own food or hire a licensed caterer.

Full-Day Event Rental (Non-Wedding)

51–70 guests

Best for larger celebrations, corporate gatherings, graduation parties, and fundraisers.

Weekdays & Sunday – $800
Friday & Saturday – $950
$75 cleaning fee

  • Extended access for setup and teardown
  • Flexible room layout options
