Event Space

The Studio Events was designed to be a welcoming and versatile event venue for the community. This fully renovated historic building is located 15 minutes from Rochester, MN in downtown Kasson. It is a two-story building complete with individual event rooms, banquet hall, and full-kitchen. The exposed brick, hardwood floors, and modern accent features truly make it the perfect spot for celebrations, gatherings, meetings, and more.

 

Rental Rates

We're determined to offer a variety of rental options to fit every event type. All rental fees include use of round tables/chairs for up to 70 seated guests, rectangle and pub tables for food or fun, full kitchen access, on-site bathrooms, elevator access, Wi-Fi, and portable Bluetooth speakers.

Feeling fancy? By request, we can also provide black or ivory table linens, a backdrop stand for photo ops, a projector and portable screen, and decor rental items.

Additional weeknight summer hours may be available during June-August. Inquire about availability.

*As you plan your event, please include all on-site time you're reserving including set up and clean up.

**Additional hours can be added for $50 each as availability allows.

Our building is fully accessible and ADA-compliant including an elevator for second-floor access.

Tables & Chairs
We offer several table options including cocktail, 5' round, 6' rectangle, and 8' rectangle. Tables and chairs are included with all rentals.

Linens
We offer 90" black or ivory tablecloths for every rental. Floor-length table linens are available for an additional fee.

Audio & Visual
We offer portable Bluetooth speakers and a portable projector and screen. We do not offer other A/V equipment; however, our guests often partner with local providers for rental options.

Social: This standing-room-only layout with cocktail tables and perimeter chairs will accommodate up to 150 guests.

Seated: This seated layout will accommodate up to 70 guests.

Off-site catering is permitted and encouraged. We have a full residential kitchen available with standard appliances. It is stocked with necessities; however, we ask that you supply plates, silverware, paper goods to accommodate your party.

What's a good party without entertainment? Our venue offers standard power options for DJs and small bands. We do not have sound or stage equipment available for use in the venue. 

Ample street parking is available along both sides of Main Street.
