Friday, Saturday, & Sunday Half Day (Flat Rate - Up to 5 Hours) 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM $450
Monday - Thursday Hourly (1 hr Minimum) 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM $75 Per Hour

Our building is fully accessible and ADA-compliant including an elevator for second-floor access.

When you rent The Studio Events, you get everything you need to host a successful event. We have chairs for 70 seated guests, round, rectangle, and pub tables for seating, food or fun, black or ivory linens, full kitchen access, on-site bathrooms, elevator access, Wi-Fi, portable Bluetooth speakers, backdrop stands or arches, a projector and portable screen or mobile TV with a laptop shelf, and other seating options.

Social: This standing-room-only or come & go style layouts with cocktail tables and either perimeter chairs or some seated guests will accommodate up to 150 guests.

Seated: This seated layout only style will accommodate up to 70 guests.

Off-site catering is permitted and encouraged. We have a full residential kitchen available with standard appliances. It is stocked with necessities; however, we ask that you supply plates, silverware, paper goods to accommodate your party.

What's a good party without entertainment? Our venue offers standard power options for DJs and small bands. We do not have sound or stage equipment available for use in the venue. 

Ample street parking is available along both sides of Main Street.
